How To Use:

How to Prepare Kheer:

  • Dry roast 1 cup (100g) vermicelli for 5 min, and keep aside.
  • Boil 6 cup milk in a heavy bottom vessel, add roasted vermicilli and cook for 8 min., add 3/4 cup sugar. Cook for 5 min, add 1/4 tbsp cardamom powder. Switch off the flame.
  • Heat 2 tbsp Ghee in a tidka pan, add 1 tbsp cashew nut, saute till light brown, add 1 tbsp raisin, fry till raisin become puft add to the Kheer. Mix well and serve hot.

How to Prepare Upma:

  • 1 Dry roast 1 cup (100g) vermicelli for 5 min, and krep aside.

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, crackle with 1/4 tsp mustard seed, add 1/2 tip chana dal 1 tbsp cashew nut, saute till brown. Add 2 cut green chill few curry leaves and 1/2 tho chopped ginger Saute well.

  •  Add umsord chopped onion and saute translucent Add 3 op water sat as per taste mix well.
